Bailey Associates is a Chartered Engineering and Architectural Practice which offers the full range of professional building works, surveying and project management services for projects up to £15 million.
The Practice was formed in 1983 as a Building Services Consultancy. During the late 1980′s it became apparent to us that Clients were better served with a “One Stop” facility for all Professional Services and consequently we developed into the 1990′s as multi-disciplined.
We offer a single fee to cover most specialities, including Architecture, Building Surveying, Mechanical and Electrical engineering, Public Health, Quantity Surveying and Structural engineering activities as well as CDM Planning Supervisors.
